A spokesperson for Tupac’s estate told TMZ “we will sue anyone who tries to sell a Tupac tape.“

The estate is trying to figure out the identities of all the people in the video, including the female performing a sexual act on ‘Pac.

Afeni is said to be prepared to fight the release of the tape tooth and nail.

“Get the legal team ready because [we] will not allow someone to put it out.” Afeni reportedly said.
