Antoine Walker’s NBA Championship ring just sold for $21,500 … which would have been great news for Antoine, if he wouldn’t have been FORCED to sell as part of his bankruptcy case.
Walker — who won the ring as a member of the 2006 Miami Heat — filed for bankruptcy back in 2010 … claiming he racked up more than $12.7 million in debts … but had only $4 mill in assets.

Bad news for NBA fans, tonight after much speculation league commissioner David Stern announced he was cancelling the first two weeks of the season and doubts a full 82 game season will be played this year. Players Union executive director Billy Hunter estimated the players losses at $350 million per month the season is locked out and that doesn’t include the effect on the thousands of stadium staff, security etc.
At the heart of the lock out is the players desire to get 53% of revenues while owners would like them to have 47% according to Stern.
The Daily News is reporting that Hov will perform eight shows next fall at Barclays. The rapper appeared live from the arena’s construction site for an interview with local Fox 5′s “Good Day New York” on Monday (September 26) to talk about the performances. He also formally announce that the New Jersey Nets will officially be known as the Brooklyn Nets when the NBA team moves into arena next year.
A Washington, D.C. judge denied the claim of Leicester Bryce Stovall who said he was the father of LeBron James.
TMZ reports that Stovall, who said that James’ mother Gloria tampered with a paternity test, had all eight of his claims rejected because he could not prove them and had “not identified any damages.”
Stovall, a lawyer himself, said he wants to retake a DNA test and could appeal the dismissal.
