“Brian Williams of Rancho Penasquitos faces two murder charges for the stabbing deaths of his mother and sister. His mother, Donna Williams, was a decorated veteran of the San Diego Police Department. His sister, Breanna “Bree” Williams was a standout athlete and recent graduate of Mt. Carmel High School. Adam Evans has known Brian Williams for about 8 years, and only has positive things to say about him. “The Brian I know is gentle, he’s a good guy,” Evans said. “He’s always laughing.” San Diego police arrived to the Williams’ home on 9800 Paseo Montril after 1:30 a.m. Monday responding to calls from neighbors reporting screams from inside the home.

(CBS) – Reema Bajaj, a 25-year-old attorney who received her law license last year has been charged with prostitution, according to a report.
Bajaj pleaded not guilty to one felony charge and two misdemeanors Thursday in DeKalb County, Ill., about 60 miles west of Chicago, according to the paper.
Police allegedly found evidence that linked Bajaj to a prostitution incident that occurred in August 2010 when they were investigating another case, reports The Chicago Tribune.
Prosecutors say the Sycamore resident is also charged in an incident that occurred last month, according to The Tribune.
Bajaj graduated from Northern Illinois University Law School in 2010 and was admitted to the bar in November.
She is currently free on bail after posting a $500 cash bond, the paper reports.
The debate was restricted to Spanish-speaking candidates only, and Campbell, along with candidate Roosevelt Bradley are calling foul.
He said: ‘The university is having a Cuban-only forum, which is wrong to the students, because the students are from all different races and all different cultures and all the students don’t speak only Spanish.’
Roosevelt Bradley, another black candidate, said he was ‘outraged’ that the publicly funded university allowed what he called a ‘polarising and divisive event’ to be held on the campus.
He said: ‘This turns the clock back 50 years on race and ethnic relations.’
According to TMZ, Ashton will replace Charlie Sheen on the hit sitcom. The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that in an interview with TMZ Charlie has said that he thinks that Kutcher is funny but so is he “Kutcher is a sweetheart and a brilliant comedic performer … Oh wait, so am I!!” Charlie also went on to say ”Enjoy the show America. Enjoy seeing a 2.0 in the demo every Monday, WB.”
Ashton Kutcher has recognized that he could never replace Charlie Sheen he could only “work my ass off to entertain the hell out of people!” CBS originally approached Hugh Grant to take the part; but he declined. Chuck Lorre and CBS worked quickly to get the slot filled, he says that they are not replacing Kutcher to play Charlie’s character rather they are introducing someone new.
Charlie Sheen delivered the ultimate back-handed compliment to Ashton Kutcher, telling TMZ he’s talented but the show will tank.
Charlie tells TMZ, “Kutcher is a sweetheart and a brilliant comedic performer … Oh wait, so am I!!”
Charlie continues, taking a shot at the show, saying, “Enjoy the show America. Enjoy seeing a 2.0 in the demo every Monday, WB.” Essentially, Charlie is saying the age group that supported him is going to tune out.
Charlie adds, “Enjoy planet Chuck, Ashton. There is no air, laughter, loyalty, or love there.

CBS noted that the interaction could be considered similar to when Celtics general manager Danny Ainge sat next to Kevin Durant’s mother during the 2007 Big 12 Tournament when Durant was at Texas. Ainge was fined $30,000 for the incident.
According to the New York Daily News, the court battle was scheduled to take place today but it has been called off.
Hov’s attorney Peter Raymond stated,
“The case has been settled in principle…We have agreed on the outlines of a settlement and need to reduce it to writing.”
As much as we know how valuable a dollar is in today’s economy, millionaires arguing over a few millions can get a bit tedious.
