Justin Bieber’s girlfriend of eight months, Selena Gomez, has broken up with him in the wake of a paternity lawsuit that alleges the pop star impregnated another woman during a backstage tryst. A source close to the pair told RadarOnline.com exclusively: “Selena ended it abruptly. She broke the news to Justin just in the past 24 hours.” The insider said Gomez, 19, is facing resistance from the teen idol’s camp who want her to stand by him. “His camp is in damage control mode and attempting to convince her to stick around in the relationship for a few more weeks, because they fear it will be seen as an admission that something indeed took place between Justin and the woman who is alleging that he’s the father of her baby,” the source added. “Justin has insisted to Selena that the woman’s allegations are simply not true.”
HARRISBURG, Pa. – Penn State athletic director Tim Curley and another school administrator were charged with perjury and failure to report in an investigation into allegations that former football defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky sexually abused eight young men, authorities said Saturday.
State prosecutors said Sandusky, 67, of State College, was arrested Saturday. Curley, 57, and Penn State vice president for finance and business Gary Schultz, 62, both of Boalsburg, were expected to turn themselves in Monday in Harrisburg, according to the attorney general’s office. Schultz’s position includes oversight of the university’s police department.
Sandusky, who worked with at-risk children through his Second Mile foundation, was charged with seven counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse; eight counts of corruption of minors, eight counts of endangering the welfare of a child, seven counts of indecent assault and other offenses.
Attorney General Linda Kelly called Sandusky “a sexual predator who used his position within the university and community to repeatedly prey on young boys.” A message left on Curley’s cell phone was not immediately returned, and a school athletic department spokesman had no immediate comment.
A California judge has issued a warrant for his arrest for failing to appear at a hearing regarding past-due child support. Court sources confirm the warrant was issued on Nov. 1 after T.O. was a no-show in family court where Monique Reynolds was trying to force the football star to finally cough up thousands of dollars in unpaid child support. Owens who’s gone public about his dire financial situation had previously petitioned the court to lower his payments to Monique but the judge denied his request because he was M.I.A. during the court hearing. T.O.’s rep claims the football star tried to reschedule the court date when he knew he wouldn’t be able to make it but Monique refused to budge. His rep tells , “The warrant is currently being taken care of.”

Just weeks after those accusations he was once again named in a case, this time by Detectives from a Criminal Investigation Branch in Constant Spring, St. Andrew.

He did not give a reason for his decision and Kartel’s defense team has yet to comment.
