Indianapolis Colts player Dwight Freeney was smacked with a $400,000 lawsuit for supposedly failing to pay rent for his studio time. Freeny runs a record label and agreed to pay $37,500 to use two floors of the popular Edmonds Tower building in Hollywood. The building is owned by Babyface’s ex-wife Tracey Edmonds.
