Update: 2 Men Arrested For Breaking Into 50 Cent’s Connecticut Mansion!
One was found in the closet drinking wine.
Alexander Hernandez and Santos Padilla have been arrested for the breaking and entering of 50 Cent’s mansion in Connecticut. Both had marijuana in their possession when arrested and are being held on $50,000 bail. Hernandez paid his bail but was handed over to another police department who wants him for an outstanding warrant.
As we reported, 2 burglars broke into 50 Cent’s Connecticut Mansion and were caught hiding in the closet drinking wine, Well now TMZ reports:
The guys who were arrested inside 50 Cent’s Connecticut mega-mansion weren’t trying to steal anything — they just wanted to get hammered in the lap of luxury … at least that’s what they’re telling people.
TMZ spoke with the sister of Alexander Hernandez — the guy who was found drinking wine in Fiddy’s closet when cops arrived yesterday — who tells us Alexander is claiming he and the other suspect just wanted to “hang out” at 50′s place because they’re both huge fans.
She adds … Hernandez is claiming he never tried to steal anything from inside the house — they only wanted the “thrill” of getting inside.
As we previously reported, cops say both men were inside Fiddy’s pad — and in possession of weed — when police responded to the home.
Alexader’s sister also tells us family members are concerned about her brother — because he’s still in police custody and could possibly miss his newborn baby’s first Christmas.

Rohan Marley Maced & Choked By Off-Duty Officer!
Rohan Marley, the son of reggae legend Bob Marley was maced and placed in a sleeper hold by an off-duty police officer over the weekend, according to TMZ.
According to sources, the trouble started when Marley was leaving the Voyuer Nightclub in Los Angeles Saturday night and mistook someone standing outside for a valet. The person took offense and after exchanging pleasantries, the two men got into a scuffle.
Sources say an off-duty cop who witnessed the incident maced both parties – eventually restraining Marley in the chokehold.
Marley who says he was simply trying to defend himself, plans to press charges on the officer who he claims went, “overboard.” “I can’t just let this go,” he says.
Marley is the father of five of Lauryn Hill’s children.

This is what Cipha Sounds said, “The reason I’m HIV negative is cause I don’t mess with Haitian girls.” Which is purely false and NOT true!! The entire Haitian community including Haitian Fresh felt his apology was not sincere. Haitian Fresh who is the voice of the Haitian people felt his comment impacted and affected the whole Haitian community in a negative manner after fighting against racism, discrimination and social stigma.”

Haitian Community Set To Protest Outside HOT 97 Over Racial Comments By DJ Cipha Sounds!
A group of leaders from the Haitian community are calling for the head of Cipha Sounds.
Cipha Sounds has apologized for the comment he made about not having AIDs because he doesn’t sleep with Haitian women but the Haitian community has decided to boycott the radio station as well as holding a demonstration outside of the station today December 21st.
Haitian Fresh a cornerstone of the Haitian community was interviewed in regards to Cipha’s comments and threatened violence against him.
Hot 97 DJ Cipha Sounds apologizes for saying that he avoids HIV by not hooking up with Haitian women
Hot 97 morning personalities Cipha Sounds and Rosenberg may be known for their offensive humor, but looks like one joke may cost Cipha Sounds his job.
In an off collar joke last Friday (December 17), Cipha Sounds (who is of Puerto Rican decent) made the remark that he had not contracted the HIV virus due to “not dating Haitian women”.
“The reason I’m HIV negative is cause I don’t mess with Haitian girls.”
Outraged, the Haitian community struck back with phone calls, Tweets and Facebook posts slamming the DJ for his brazen and insensitive comment, which led to the DJ immediately apologizing for the remark.
“I made a stupid, tasteless joke that was a one-liner that was taken totally the wrong way,” Cipha said in an on-air apology. “I want to say sincerely that I apologize. I do nothing but rep for the Haitian people, but I said something stupid that I’m embarrassed about.”
Although Cipha Sounds apologized, Haitian community leaders are stating that it was not enough and are petitioning for the DJ to get fired.
