Chris Bosh’s New $12.5 Million Dollar Home!
Miami Heat big man Chris Bosh at the end of last week finalized the purchase of a 12,000-square-foot home on North Bay Road in Miami Beach. The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion just south of La Gorce Island on North Bay Road sold for $12.5 million. The new construction features 20-foot ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, gym, elevator and an infinity pool with unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay.
After living in a modest condo in the cold winters of downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada can you really blame Bosh for signing with the Heat and landing in a place like this….

Queen Latifah Expands Her Business By Investing In New York Spring Water Inc.
According to executives at New York Spring Water, Flavor Unit Entertainment is now part owners in the business and will be an integral part of the company’s strategic mission to expand internationally.
Flavor Unit is ran by Grammy Award winning artist and Oscar nominated actress, Queen Latifah, and her business counterpart Shakim Compere.
Latifah and I are really excited about this partnership. New York Spring Water is an innovative company and is definitely at the forefront of new product developments in the industry.
Industry insiders forecast the brands most popular product, VBlast, will become a market leader in the Vitamin Water industry due to the innovative packaging.
Unlike competitive brands, VBlast stores liquid vitamins in the cap of each bottle that are released when opened by the consumer. Therefore, VBlast vitamins are not diluted in the water where they can lose potency over time.
In coming weeks, 7-Eleven convenience stores will be the first national retail chain to house New York Spring Water products on their shelves.
Kanye Suspends ‘G.O.O.D. Friday’ Series!
Way to go, hackers — now you’ve gone and messed up a G.O.O.D. thing.
Kanye West has decided to suspend his “G.O.O.D. Fridays” series, in which he planned to provide fresh tracks every week through Christmas, for one week after a track from his forthcoming album, the Bon Iver-sampling “Lost in the World”, hit the Internet on Wednesday (September 29).
“Due to blogs leaking unfinished songs from my actual album I’ve decided to pass of Good Fridays this week,” West tweeted late Wednesday. He continued: “It’s messed up that one hacker can mess everything up for everyone … I love to take a year to finish my songs and deliver them to you guys in there most completed form.
“It would have seemed like since I give free music every week even the lowest form of human being would respect that enough not to leak unfinished songs from my real album,” an agitated West added.
While West did not specify what had set him off, it appears that the leak of “Lost” angered him. The haunting song samples folkie Bon Iver’s “Woods” and includes lyrics from legendary urban poet/musician Gil Scott-Heron. The song is the third from the rapper’s still-untitled upcoming album to make its way online, following the rousing “Power,” which surfaced in May, and the sardonic “Runaway,” which ‘Ye premiered during the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.
Earlier, West had agonized over his inability to decide on a title for the album. He is also still contemplating its release date, which is rumored to be November 22. “I’m finished with it, but when should I drop?” he asked. Although there are still a few finishing touches to be made: He later added that four engineers are mixing the album so it can be finished as soon as possible, and he’s talked about corralling some guests.
“In the lab with Soulja Boy and Cudi,” he wrote early Thursday morning. “2 of my favorite most genius artist. Even in my disappointment about the leaks I feel blessed.”

Remember a few weeks ago when Katt Stacks EXPOSED cocaine in rapper Soulja Boy’s hotel room. Well word is that Soulja Boy’s camp is trying to NIP that white powder problem in the bud.
Here’s what a person close to Soulja Boy told MediaTakeOut.com, “[Katt Stacks] was trying to make it bigger than it was . . . he was never addicted to cocaine . . . [but] he’s going to a facility where he can get [the cocaine] complete out of his system. He’s good.”

Among the celebrities inside were Trey Songz, Jay Z, Fabolous and Rihanna. But what was MOST interesting is what happened between Rihanna and rapper Drake.
According to one of MediaTakeOut.com’s snitches, who is a CELEBRITY and who was SITTING IN VIP, Drake and Rihanna were MAKING OUT. The insider explained, “Everyone was shocked, I know Drake has a girl and Rihanna has that baseball guy. They didn’t Care WHO saw it.”
