Jay-Z & Beyonce Make Guinness Book Of World Records As Biggest “Power Couple”!

Kid Rock Must Pay $40,000 For Beatdown Of Georgia Man!
A jury ruled that Kid Rock will have to pay $40,000 to a man who says he was assaulted at a Waffle House in 2007 in Georgia by Kid Rock and his entourage who also smashed his cell phone.
However the Rock/Hip-Hop artist was pretty happy with the decision as the plantiff Harlen Akins walks away with $40-thousand but not the $2-million plus he was seeking.
Rock pleaded guilty in 2008 to a misdemeanor charge of simple battery stemming from the incident.

Katy Perry’s Fiancee Russell Brand Arrested Over Airport Altercation!

The 35-year-old comedian was taken into custody at Los Angeles international airport for a misdemeanour charge of simple battery. Brand was released from LAPD’s Pacific Division after posting $20,000 (£12,800) bail.
The victim, a paparazzo who was not identified, placed Brand under citizen’s arrest, an airport police spokeswoman said. The alleged attack was first reported by TMZ, which posted video of the altercation. It occurred as Brand and his fiancee, singer Katy Perry, were surrounded by paparazzi as they entered the terminal that houses Delta airlines. Brand has made no comment about the incident.
Shortly after the incident, Perry tweeted: “If you cross the line & try an put a lens up my dress, my fiancé will do his job & protect me.”
Brand had flown to LA to be with Perry for their one-year anniversary. The couple were reportedly returning to New York together when the incident occurred.
Brand is no stranger to controversy. He was sacked as an MTV presenter after turning up to work on 12 September 2001 dressed as Osama bin Laden and resigned from the BBC following the Sachsgate incident in 2008 where he and TV presenter Jonathan Ross left a series of lewd messages on the answering machine of the actor Andrew Sachs about his granddaughter, Georgina Baillie.
He recently starred in the film Get Him to the Greek and will next appear on the big screen as Trinculo in a version of The Tempest and the title character in a remake of the 1981 comedy Arthur, which originally starred Dudley Moore.

Paris Hilton Agrees To Plea Deal!
As was speculated to take place, Paris Hilton has agreed to plead guilty to two misdemeanors in her drug-possession case – and she will be sentenced to a year of probation but no jail time, reports the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The socialite, 29, is due before Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Joe Bonaventure on Monday, at which time she will formally plead guilty to misdemeanor drug possession and misdemeanor obstructing an officer, says the newspaper, which obtained a copy of Hilton’s plea deal.
“We fashioned a resolution which would give us complete control over her future. If she does not toe the line and stay out of trouble she will do one year in the Clark County Detention Center,” said Nevada’s Clark County District Attorney David Roger.
Should Hilton be arrested during her probation, her plea deal stipulates that she serve a full year behind bars.
“Defendant shall stay out of trouble. Defendant agrees that an arrest for any charge, excluding minor traffic violations for which a citation is issued, shall result in the immediate termination of her probation and the execution of the suspended sentences,” reads the deal.
Also demanded: That Hilton successfully complete a substance abuse program, pay a $2,000 fine and perform 200 hours of community service, whose nature and location is to be later determined.
Hilton, who served three weeks in 2007 for violating probation in a drunken driving case, had been charged with felony drug possession after an Aug. 28 arrest in Las Vegas.
Lindsay Lohan Fails Drug Test & Faces More Jail!
Lindsay Lohan confirmed late Friday night on her Twitter page that she failed a court-ordered drug test.
“Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result.
“I am so thankful for the support of my fans, loved ones and immediate family, who understand that i am trying hard,” she tweeted. “but also that I am a work in progress, just as anyone else. I am keeping my faith, and I am hopeful….Thank you all!!!”
TMZ.com reported that the 24-year-old actress had failed a court mandated drug test and tested positive for cocaine. Lohan initially refuted that report to Usmagazine.com.
“I’m fine,” she said, offering her own interpretation of TMZ: “They’re all nuts.”
Lohan left a rehab program at UCLA Medical Center on Aug. 24 after 23 days of treatment. Earlier in August, she was released from jail after serving just 13 days of a 90 day sentence for violating her probation stemming from a 2007 DUI case.
At a hearing last month, Beverly Hills judge Elden Fox ordered Lohan to go to weekly psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, in addition to 12-step dependency program meetings and mandatory drug tests. Fox said if Lohan was found to be in violation of the terms of her probation, she could go to jail again for 30 days.
The failed drug test is the latest problem to plague Lohan. Last month, a papparzzo claimed he saw her hit a baby’s stroller with her Maserati and drive away. No charges were filed relating to the alleged incident.
Even before she hit the bottom of the barrel, Lindsay Lohan was apparently plotting a way to crawl back to the top.
In an interview with Vanity Fair magazine, done prior to her latest jail and rehab stint, Lohan said she wants A-list status in Hollywood again, by any means necessary.
“I want my career back,” she said. “I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it. It’s not fun anyway.
“I don’t care what anyone says. I know that I’m a damn good actress,” she continued. “And I know that in my past I was young and irresponsible, but that’s what growing up is. You learn from your mistakes.”
Busta Rhymes Sued For $250,000 For Throwing Glass At Woman
Busta Rhymes is in headlines now that a woman has filed a lawsuit claiming that he assaulted her with a glass.
Busta, real name Trevor Smith, was named in a lawsuit by the woman, Devon Cooper, who claims she “feared for her safety” after getting into an argument with him at Mr. Chow’s restaurant in Beverly Hills.
In the lawsuit Cooper claims that she and a friend were dining at the establishment when a member of Rhymes’ entourage complained that the pair was sitting too close to rapper’s table.
Cooper says she tried to move her chair but says Busta’s accomplice became increasingly agitated and the situation escalated until the rapper threw a drinking glass at her that missed her by “inches.”
She is seeking $250,000 in damages for assault and battery.
