Robber Stuffs $518 Worth Of Liquor Down His Pants!
myFOXDetroit.com Staff Reports – A man stuffed $518 worth of liquor into his pants and walked out of a Fenton convenience store over the weekend, police say.
Employees tell police the man walked into the store on Silver Lake Road shortly after 6 p.m. Friday and concealed the bottles. He was eventually seen placing them down his pants on surveillance video. The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20s with brown hair and a goatee. Police say he’s around 6-feet tall and weighs around 275 pounds.
Anyone with information is asked to call The Fenton police dept.

OH WORD: Dr. Alinsod Is Being Sued For Branding His Name On Patient’s Uterus!
A California gynecologist is the subject of a lawsuit after one of their patient’s claims they branded their name on their uterus using an electrocautery device.
Ingrid Paulicivic, a 47-year-old hairdresser, claims Dr. Red Alinsod carved and burned the word ‘Ingrid’ on her uterus after removing it during a hysterectomy.
In Paulicivic’s medical malpractice suit she says became suspicious after suffering burns on her leg and believes the unexplained injuries were caused when the doctor “branded” her organ for “no medically necessary purpose or reason.”
In an interview with whistle-blower website The Smoking Gun, Dr. Alinsod says that while he has never previously branded an organ or body part removed during surgery, he wrote Paulicivic’s name on the uterus because he “did not want to get it confused with others.”
When asked by TSG if that was a standard way of labeling body parts, Alinsod acknowledged that it was not.
The doctor also said that he “felt comfortable putting her name on the uterus” since Paulicivic was a “good friend.”
Paulicivic denies those claims however saying that she had no relationship with the doctor prior to surgery and was only a friend of a receptionist in his office.
When she returned for a follow up visit complaining of burns on her legs, she says she noticed the doctor looking at photos taken during her operation and asked for copies.
Dr. Alinsod complied saying he “had nothing to hide” and handed over photographs showing him writing on the uterus, as well as pictures of him holding the organ after “Ingrid” was branded on it.
Paulicivic’s suit does not specific monetary damages.

SMH: Mother Indicted On Felony Charges For Videotaping Her 2 Year Old Daughter Smoking Marijuana!
The 2-year-old girl, with her too-big tank top slipping off of her left shoulder, stands and watches television as she puts a joint to her lips and takes a puff before waving her arm to fan away smoke and continuing to puff on the marijuana cigarette.
The scene was caught on video using the mother’s cell phone – shot by the mother, a Hamilton County indictment Wednesday charges.
Jessica Gamble, 21, of Springfield Township, was indicted on three felonies – corrupting another with drugs, child endangering and tampering with evidence – that carry a maximum prison sentence of 11 1/2 years.
“It’s beyond disgusting,” Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters said of the video. “I would get very upset if I found out my 16-year-old daughter was drinking a beer.”
Gamble is accused of making or encouraging her daughter to smoke the joint.
“What’s quite disconcerting is she is handling this like she’s done this before,” Deters said of the child.
At one point on the 1 minute, 37 second video shot in August, a voice believed to be Gamble’s tells the girl “Don’t blow on” the joint.
After the child takes a few more puffs, the same voice asks, “What is that?” and then a hand grabs the child’s hand that is holding the joint. The person shooting the video – Gamble, the indictment alleges – takes the joint from the child’s fist and holds it up so it is in the middle of the image frame. Then she laughs.
“It is disturbing to think that a parent would provide their 2-year-old child with marijuana,” Deters said.
The child is living with a relative as Hamilton County Department of Jobs & Family Services investigates the incident.
The tampering with evidence charge, Deters said, was the result of Gamble deleting the video from her cell phone.
Before that happened, someone – Deters wouldn’t say who, noting that person is a key witness in the case – saw the video and was so disturbed at seeing the child smoking marijuana that the person forwarded the video to another cell phone.
Then it was shown to officials at JFS, who contacted police.

America’s Got Talent $1 Million Winner Michael Grimm Plans To Buy Home For Grandparents!
Talk about a Grimm’s fairy tale! In a surprise development, Michael Grimm — the Mississippi blues singer with the hard-luck backstory — was named the winner of America’s Got Talent on Wednesday, besting favorite Jackie Evancho, the 10-year-old opera phenom with the preternaturally mature voice.
“I really thought Jackie had it in the bag,” a still-in-shock Grimm told PEOPLE after winning the $1 million prize and top billing at the upcoming AGT tour, which will stop for a show in Las Vegas. “I was preparing my speech to leave. I couldn’t believe I heard my name. I was trying to make sure that what I thought was going on was going on, you know? This is definitely an out-of-body experience. This whole journey has been, but especially now.”
Judge Piers Morgan insisted Grimm’s victory was well deserved: “Michael’s genuine, he’s sincere, he’s very talented, he got better with every round, and [on Tuesday] night he gave the performance of his life. He’ll have a huge career. I think he’s like a young Van Morrison.”
And Evancho is the new Susan Boyle, Morgan believes. “Everyone assumed Susan was going to win [Britain’s Got Talent] and she finished second,” he said. “Now she’s sold millions of albums. Jackie’s going to have a superstar’s career.”
Struggling musician Grimm, 30, captured viewers’ hearts with his soulful pipes and humble struggles: Raised by his grandparents, who lost nearly everything in Hurricane Katrina, he entered Talent with the hopes of being able to buy them a new home. It’s a promise he intends to keep. “My grandparents don’t have to worry about anything anymore,” he said, tears filling his eyes. “I can’t put into words what that means to me. They’ve supported me in the music through the years, and they’ve seen me fall and get back up and keep going. Now I can take care of them.”
And they’re not the only ones. Grimm revealed he plans to propose to Lucy, his girlfriend of nearly three years and the inspiration for his performance of “When a Man Loves a Woman” during Tuesday’s finals. “That’s my girl,” he said, “and I’m not gonna let that one go.”
But even a nearly-engaged guy has crushes, and Grimm got to perform with one of his — Jewel — during the finale. “She’s amazing,” he said of his duet partner on “Me and Bobby McGee.” “She made me feel so comfortable on stage. But [at one point] she smiled at me and I almost vomited. I couldn’t believe she smiled at me that way!”
The admiration is mutual. “Michael’s a great guy,” Jewel said after the show. “I relate to him because we both had kind of tough upbringings, and that can either make you bitter or it can make you stronger, and I think he’s come out of it with compassion. That’s nice to see.”
Beginning Oct. 1, fans will have a chance to check out Grimm for themselves on the America’s Got Talent Live tour. Beyond that, he’s eager to get into the studio and record an album. “If people are thinking I’m gonna reinvent myself — it won’t be that much,” he says. “I’m definitely staying me.” –Shawna Malcom

Kanye West Returns To The Cleveland Show!
Kanye West is set to reprise his role as Kenny West on “The Cleveland Show” in the show’s season-two premiere.
According to Entertainment Weekly, West’s character is down on his luck after being a rapper on the rise and the title character, Cleveland Brown, is attempting to help the high school artist make a comeback. The animated pair work on a track titled “Be-Cleve in Yourself” that will supposedly mark Kenny West’s comeback.
“Not long ago, I was lower than Lohan,” he raps. “No plan, a lost man, raising my little girl in a Cadillac Brougham/ My quest success, but my life was a mess/ Poor Kenny West, no zest, and he depressed/ Not dressed to impress/ Matter fact, more stress than John Mayer waiting on his AIDS test.”
In May, Kenny West first popped up on “The Cleveland Show” at a rap battle. His character was a hot shot who butted heads with Cleveland Jr. over West’s girlfriend. The two traded cheap shots, and their feud came to a head at the big dance when they directed lyrical barbs at each other.
“It’s Kenny sippin’ Henny/ Rhymes slicker than Teflon,” West boasted. “The school been high, I’m the black Zac Efron/ And when I meet a shorty, you know we going backwards/ Pulling more tail than my man John Edwards/ Lumpy, chunky, boogie-eating chump, B/ Acting out of place like Hootie singing country/ Leave my girl alone and get your own tender ‘Roni’/ Come on, who are we kidding?/ You’re used to being lonely.”
Junior fired back, though, with a takedown rap of his own. “Mess with me, homeboy, you don’t wanna risk it,” he spits. “I run you like Mrs. Freemon’s god-awful brisket.” In trademark fashion, à la “Family Guy,” the show cut away to Mrs. Freemon holding a trayful of brisket. “Well, that was uncalled for,” she says.

Nas Announces New Album For Early 2011!
Earlier this afternoon Nas had the internet and hip hop fans buzzing when he announced on Twitter the sequel to his critically acclaimed 2002 classic The Lost Tapes will be dropping. This evening Shaheem Reid of MTV News got to speak with Esco and get details on The Lost Tapes: Vol. 2 which Nas says is scheduled to drop on December 14th plus he plans for a new LP by the Summer of 2011.
“I’m unloading records I want the streets to hear,” the Queens rapper said in an e-mail. “Cleaning out my hard drives. Gonna do this, then start fresh. I’m dropping my solo LP before the summer of 2011. I love the energy the world has been giving me over the last two years. But now it’s time to focus on owning the streets again.”
If you remember a few months back while on tour in Europe Nas spoke with Tim Westwood in an interview that seemed to be somewhat of a confession that he wanted to get back to the gritty street MC where he stated “I’m definitely looking at my next solo project as one of the most important records of my life…” referring to his next album. He even listed a line up of producers that he’d like to work with and called him up that included DJ Premier, The Alchemist, Kanye West, Swizz Beatz and Dr. Dre.
During the MTV VMA’s this past Sunday RZA spoke about the possibility of working with Nas on his next upcoming project Also.
