No, that headline is not a typo. In true baller fashion, Jay-Z showed his wife Beyoncé that money is no object where love is concerned. Word on the street—and by street, we mean Mediatakeout—has Hov spending $20 million to get Bey a prime piece of private property in the Florida Keys for her 29th birthday. It’s reported the tropical island is 12.5 acres and about 2.5 miles offshore. Oh, and the island’s only accessible via helicopter or yacht. Ah, yeah. He’s hoping she celebrated that gift with the special diamond-encrusted whip and lingerie Lady Gagy gave Beyoncé.

Mashonda: Oh, it is. It is so unfair to the child. I have been in contact with the little girls mother (the woman in England who has Swizz’s baby). She’s a young girl. She’s a spiritual girl. She apologized to me… I don’t even judge her. I can’t. She’s totally different than the other one. This other one knew. Alicia knew about me 100 percent. Swizz introduced me at prior events. They were signed to the same record company. She knew. And I emailed her and asked her to stop doing what she was doing and she disregarded me. Just like she disregarded me when I asked her to not have my son thinking it was okay to call her “umi.” You’re not his umi. You just met my son.
S2S: “Umi” is like “mommy”?
Mashonda: “Umi” means “mommy” in Arabic. I’m like no. And then after I spoke to the lady in London, she told me that she tried to get her daughter to call her “umi” as well.
S2S: She’s met the lady in London?
Mashonda: Yes. I’m glad she’s having her own child now because now she will have someone to call her “umi”.
S2S: Wow.
Mashonda: Like, if you want to be a stepmother, that’s great. Be a stepmother. But don’t think that it’s okay to make a kid call you “umi” or “mommy.”

Woman Stabbed & Choked To Death By Her Lover After She Shouted Another Man’s Name!
A jealous boyfriend stabbed his partner to death after she accidently blurted out the name of another man as they had sex.
Gary Higgs, 44, flipped when his girlfriend suddenly cried out, ‘Chris’ as they made love in their bedroom.
Enraged, he stormed downstairs, grabbed a chef’s knife from the kitchen and stabbed Joanne Kitchen once in the back and once in the chest.
Afterwards as she lay dying from her wounds, Higgs throttled the 41-year-old to death with the electrical flex of their alarm clock.
When police caught up with him he confessed: ‘I asked her why she said “Chris” but she said she must have been thinking about her daughter’s boyfriend Chris.

Yesterday Higgs was jailed for life for the murder and told he must serve a minimum of 15 years before he will be considered for release.
Sentencing him, Judge Andrew Gilbart QC said their relationship was overcome by financial tensions and arguments.

Brian McKnight Denies Woman Was Raped @ His Home!
*Brian McKnight is responding to allegations that a porn star was raped in his home in 2008 while he was out of town, RadarOnline.com reports.
The allegation was made by Alana Evans on her Twitter page, which became public via a story from Media Takeout. McKnight confirms that the matter was thoroughly investigated by police, but the accused man was not arrested.
Evans has since closed her Twitter page to outsiders but according to Media Takeout’s report, she claimed the LAPD did nothing to help her because of her profession. Now McKnight, the Grammy-winning singer and talk show host, is speaking out.
“We take the accusations made by Ms. Evans very seriously,” McKnight says in a statement to RadarOnline.com.
“I was made aware of a party at my house in my absence in December of 2008. I was in NYC, and both my boys (ages 15 & 17 at that time) were at the house with some friends. I can confirm that Ms. Evans was in fact at the house, as I discovered she provided some of the liquor.
“Being as I was not home at the time, I cannot speak absolutely regarding all the events of the evening, however my sons did inform me that due to Ms. Evans level of intoxication, that they placed her alone in a bedroom so she could “sleep it off.” The next morning Ms. Evans stayed and socialized at the house until approximately 2PM.”
Evans says the man who raped her is Nicholas Hayes, and McKnight acknowledges that allegation.
“Two days after the party, Ms. Evans contacted the LAPD,” McKnight continued in the statement. “The police came to the house and questioned the entire family and Mr. Hayes with the full cooperation of the McKnight family. Mr. Hayes retained a lawyer, and cooperated in a month long investigation. The police concluded that no rape had occurred, and no charges were ever filed. This information is all part of the official police report.
“Rape is a very serious matter, and not something we take lightly. I truly hope that Ms. Evans was not discriminated by the police because of her profession. I believe that the police concluded simply that no crime had taken place.
“That being said,’if I ever had knowledge of such a vile and reprehensible act by anyone whether they were friends or family, I would never work to ‘protect’ that person. The statement that Mr. Hayes has been banned from my home is not true. “

Evans accuses McKnight’s sons of not being truthful when questioned by police. Evans’ husband, Chris Evans, has specifically named the McKnight son who uses the psuedonyms Johnny Massacre and Arthur Khaos, as helping Hayes cover up the rape.

McKnight’s relationship with his sons can be rocky at times. Earlier this year, he proposed to his girlfriend during a Hawaii concert. A few days later, one of his sons posted this on MySpace:
2 days ago my life hit the marble floor, face first. Something was brought to my attention that I thought would NEVER happen.
