“American Pie” Actor Chris Klein Serves Four Days In Jail!
Chris Klein has served four days in jail and completed two months in rehab, People reports. The actor — who was arrested in June for a DUI, five years after another DUI arrest — pleaded no contest to DUI in a Van Nuys, Calif., court today. He has been sentenced to four years probation, and was ordered to pay fines and enroll in an 18-month alcohol education course. He must also install an “ignition interlock device” on his car. “Chris took immediate responsibility for what he did and has used this experience in such a positive way to get help and confront an addiction to alcohol,” his lawyer told People. “He deserves enormous credit for stepping up and getting it done.”

SMH: Lindsay Lohan Hits Nanny Pushing Baby Stroller w/ Her Maserati!
Fresh from her stint in jail and rehab, Lindsay Lohan could find herself in more legal jeopardy.
Two eyewitnesses allege to have spotted the 24-year-old pulling her high-powered Maserati out of her West Hollywood apartment building, running a red light, making a left, and then running straight into a stroller being pushed by a nanny.
“It was full impact, a major hit,” the eyewitness paparazzo, Bryan Jaime, told TMZ, adding that the bumper struck the nanny in the leg as well as the stroller.
But instead of filing a police report, Jaime reportedly sold the footage to RadarOnline.com.. Allegedly shot seconds after the incident, it features the baby crying and the nanny “in shock” and continuing to push the stroller.
A vehicle resembling Lohan’s Maserati, said to be driven by Lohan, can be seen in the video leaving the scene.
When asked about the incident by RadarOnline.com, Lohan said: “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
The West Hollywood Sheriff’s department said no report had been filed.
“No claim has been made with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s station, so if it did in fact happen, and I don’t know if it did or not, but if it did, no one called to report it to us,” said the department spokesman.
Calls to Lohan by FOX411.com were not immediately returned.
Lohan was stopped by police on August 28 after running a stop sign outside the Chateau Marmont hotel in Hollywood, and was given a warning.
Gucci Mane’s New Ferrari 458 Italia Recalled!

Gucci Mane’s newly purchased $230,000 Ferrari 458 Italia model has been recalled by the exotic car manufacturer due to a potential fire hazard. This recall comes after at least six 458s reportedly caught fire in California, Switzerland, China and France.
A spokesperson for Ferrari stated,
“In rare instances the heat shield could become deformed, bringing it too close to the exhaust system and igniting.”
The vehicle, which was released in the States earlier this summer, has a 4.5-liter 8-cylinder engine, 7-speed automatic transmission, 570 horsepower and has a base price around a quarter million.
Ferrari said the company is asking owners of the cars produced before July 2010 to bring them in to have the glue replaced with mechanical fasteners. Ferrari’s Italian headquarters has disclosed that 1,248 of these vehicles delivered to customers are currently being recalled.
That could include the yellow 458 recently copped by rapper Gucci Mane, seen below. Hope it’s not a lemon.

Chris Hansen’s Arrest For Molestation Was A Hoax
Recent rumors that Dateline‘s, To Catch a Predator host Chris Hansen was arrested on child molestation charges are false, according to the Benton County Sherriff’s office.
There were rumors circulating that Hansen, who is the soft-spoken host of a Dateline television show dedicated to snaring sexual deviants, was himself caught for illegal sexual acts with minors.
However, according to media reports, Hansen has fallen victim to mistaken identity.
According to Brenton County Sheriffs, it was James William Hansen who was arrested on Wednesday for inappropriate sexual contact with a minor, not the popular TV show host.
James Hansen is alleged to have had committed sex crimes against three underage boys at a park, on August 6.
He is being charged with two counts of sexual abuse in the second-degree, one count of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and two counts of lascivious acts with a child.
On Friday, James Hansen was in Benton County Jail and his bail was set at $25,000.
The two men are not related.

The “Detroit 300,” a community group hell bent on ridding their community of violence, is being credited with assisting officers hunt down two teens accused of raping a 90-year-old woman.
They won’t stop there, the group claims.
Eighteen-year-old Anthony Hardy and 17-year-old Maurice Randall were both caught and charged with rape and armed robbery of the elderly woman through the efforts of ‘300.’
Through patrolling the streets nightly and searching for suspects, the group plans to continue to take matters into their own hands by cooperating with the police to get criminals off the streets.
