Slim Dunkin Knocks Out A CTE Member On 4th Of July At BBQ Block Party

Slim Dunkin Of Waka Flocka’s 1017 Brick Squad sneaks up on member of CTE at a 4th Of July Block Party in Atlanta. Beef is obviously not over between Young Jeezy’s CTE and Waka Flocka’s & Gucci Mane’s 1017 Brick Squad. Hopefully it will not escalate as far as we know it will because of the “real” history that is at the genesis of this situation.

Reggie Bush Jumps To Kanye’s Ex, Amber Rose

Many of you probably remember the chatter a while back that Kanye West had allegedly chopped down Reggie Bush’s then-girlfriend Kim Kardashian and that’s one of the main things that caused their big break-up. Well as you guys know, Reggie and Kim are no longer together and Kanye and Amber are no longer together either. And on Saturday night, Reggie was spotted kickin’ it with Amber Rose at AXE Lounge in Southampton Saturday night (Jul 3).

The two arrived together at the AXE Lounge in Southampton Saturday night and were caught loving on each other all night long. Apparently, they even took bathroom breaks together, and security guards had to guide them through the jam-packed crowd club. My sources also told me that the two left in separate cars in fear of paparazzi, but got back up later that night to talk.

Amare Stoudemire Signs To The Knicks

The New York Knicks and Amar’e Stoudemire have agreed to a five-year deal worth about $100 million.

The power forward and his agent met with team owner James Dolan earlier in the day to finalize the terms. Stoudemire’s agent, Happy Walters, says the deal is for the maximum allowed. The deal can’t be signed until July 8.

“I feel great about being a pioneer and showing my leadership,” he said at Madison Square Garden, where signs throughout the entrances showed the player pictured in a Knicks uniform and reading “Welcome, Amare Stoudemire.”

New York has struggled the past few seasons and went 29-53. Stoudemire starred for the Phoenix Suns last season, averaging 23 points and nine rebounds.

The deal reunite him with current Knicks coach Mike D’Antoni. Stoudemire has spent his entire career in Phoenix, where he played for D’Antoni before the coach came to New York in 2008.

“Totally comfortable, totally confident that my leadership qualities will uplift all of us to do something great this upcoming season,” Stoudemire said. “So again, the Knicks are back.”

The New York Post reported that the deal is uninsurable because of Stoudemire’s past eye and knee injuries; Stoudemire had microfracture surgery on his left knee in November of 2005 and required surgery for a detached retina in 2009.

The agreement was a desperately needed score in free agency for the Knicks, who spent two seasons clearing enough salary cap space to afford two top players. They spoke to LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh last week and believe they could still land one of them.

The big-name free agents could make their decisions this week, and perhaps they might take a second look at New York now that there’s another huge piece in place.

“No one wanted to make the first move and I feel confident enough to take that first step and hopefully now we can bring a few guys in to join me,” Stoudemire said.

The Knicks decided they no longer needed to wait on an answer from Bosh, especially because Stoudemire showed such a commitment to New York.

“I think to a degree the fact that Amar’e really wanted to come here, stepped up front, it got to the point where we had to acknowledge that and say that means something to us,” Knicks president Donnie Walsh said.

Walsh said Stoudemire’s arrival didn’t necessarily mean the end for David Lee, the Knicks’ own All-Star free agent who plays the same position. Lee could also be used in a sign-and-trade, though Walsh indicated he hadn’t received any good proposals in discussions with Lee’s agent.

Stoudemire has career averages of 21.4 points and 8.9 rebounds and helped the Suns reach the Western Conference finals this season. D’Antoni called him “probably one of the best, if not the best finisher in the league” and dismissed the notion that their relationship was strained in Phoenix.

“We had no problem,” D’Antoni said. “I had four great years. The reason I have a very good contract in New York is Amar’e doing what he did for me. So I can’t have any animosity and don’t, and he was great.”

Solange Knowles Suffers A Mini Mental Breakdown

Singer Solange Knowles insists she has no desire to reach superstar status like her older sister Beyonce.

She explains, “I also hear, ‘You don’t get enough respect…you don’t get enough love.’ And I always tell those people that I’m getting your love. And to me that’s enough. As long as I’m artistically free, my son is able to go to the best schools and financially we are good that’s all that matters.”

Solange suffered a mini mental “breakdown” while recording new tracks for her upcoming album because her search for perfection made her “lose it.”

The star recently revealed she holed herself up in a house in Santa Barbara, California for an entire month with just her musician pals for company to work on the as-yet-untitled follow-up to 2008′s Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams.

But Knowles admits the intense process made her go a little crazy.

She tells Vibe.com, “There was definitely a little bit of a breakdown involved. I literally gave up my sanity for a while to do this record. To the point to where I started doing it in Santa Barbara and I had to relocate to L.A. because I was losing it. We literally were waking up in the morning and just making music all day and all night. We left the house maybe three times!

“It just started to wear on me in so many different ways. I started having these crazy panic attacks. I can say that I totally sacrificed so much mentally, emotionally and financially to get this record the way I wanted it to be. It’s more than an album to me. It’s a transitional time in my life. This is a dance record, but the lyrics can get pretty dark at times.

Lil Kim Announces Collaboration w/ Rihanna

Lil’ Kim may not get along with Nicki Minaj, but there’s one female pop star who she would love to work with. Hip-hop’s queen of raunch hints at a new collaboration with pop provocateur Rihanna.

The Queen Bee released her own remix to Rihanna’s “Hard,” but reveals that another pairing could be in the works. “I’m a huge Rihanna fan, and she’s a friend of mine, so if I had to guess, I’m 90% sure that song is probably in the works,” she told Australian website Lifelounge.

But Kim, who’s currently playing intimate shows in the U.S. and abroad, doesn’t want people to judge the song before it happens. “I look at it this way: if it happens, it happens. And it should be a surprise. It shouldn’t be something that people are anticipating, or have their own personal opinions on it before it even comes out. So I probably won’t ever mention that again.”

Although she may have choice words for Diddy and Drake, it’s all love when it comes to RiRi. “I just love Rihanna, I think she’s great,” gushed Kim.
