Lawyer For Kinappers In Haiti Wanted For Kidnapping
In a sudden twist of fate officials in Haiti are reporting that the lawyer who volunteered to help the 10 Baptist church members accused of human trafficking is wanted for the crime himself.
Jorge Puello offered his service to the missionaries after they were arrested for allegedly trying to take 33 children out of Haiti illegally.
The accused members did not do a background check on the lawyer however and deemed him as a good Samaritan for coming to their aid.
Officials believe however that Jorge Puello is actually Jorge Torres Orellana, a man wanted for running a sex trafficking ring by luring girls from the Caribbean and Central America into prostitution through modeling career promises.
Police are seeking finger prints of Puello to test his true identity.
Teen Beaten To Death After Being Hit By Car
Police in Ohio say a 16-year-old boy died after being hit by a car and beaten to death outside a house party.
Police spokesman Matt Barnes tells the Associated Press that Nathan Bozoniea was killed Monday after a house party spilled into a street.
Witnesses report that Bozoniea was walking down the sidewalk when he was intentionally run over by a white four-door vehicle.
The people inside then got out of the car and began beating the boy and others around him with an aluminum baseball bat.
The teen died from injuries to his head and upper body.
Police are still searching for the people involved in the crime.
Officers Won’t Face Charges In Sean Bell Shooting
The NYPD officers responsible for the barrage of 50-bullets that killed unarmed Sean Bell in 2006 will not face civil rights charges.
The justice department made the ruling Tuesday citing insufficient evidence.
The justice department has since released a statement saying that the three officers responsible for the murder of Bell did not violate his civil rights and that they did not find enough evidence to prove that the officers had willfully acted to deny him the rights given by the constitution.
A portion of their statement reads,
“Neither accident, mistake, fear, negligence, nor bad judgment is sufficient to establish a federal criminal civil rights violation.”
In 2006 Sean Bell was murdered and two of his friends were seriously injured outside a New York club following his bachelor party. He was set to be married to his fiancée Nicole Paultre-Bell later that day before officers fired 50 shots into his vehicle. There were no weapons in the car.
Three officers were acquitted in 2008 of manslaughter, assault and reckless endangerment even though police say that officer Michael Oliver stopped to reload his weapon, firing 31 of the 50 shots that filled the vehicle.
The family of Sean Bell has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the city and is seeking help from President Obama in the case.
SMH…this is absolutely ridiculous.

Mystikal Sex Tape Soon To Be Released
As rapper Mystikal was released from prison a couple of weeks ago, he like the rest of us figured he served his time and could put his past behind him… right? Well not exactly.
According to sources, a large pornography company has a copy of a Mystikal’s sex tape and is planning to release it tomorrow.
Although information is just gathering on this event, rumors have said that this tape is a brand new tape and not the one that ultimately put Mystikal behind bars back in January, 2004.
For those who are unaware, Mystikal was sentenced to six years in prison after pleading guilty to forcing his hairstylist to perform sexual acts on himself and his bodyguard.
The video tape is said to show her giving the men oral sexual favors as well as any sexual favors that she was told to do.
Denying the tape from the start, Mystikal was later charged, tried and sentenced to jail after the video tape was later found in his house.
No other information of the sex tape is available at the time, but we will keep you updated on the latest on Mystikal’s return.
The New Orleans MC will also headline a Mardi Gras concert tonight in his home state Louisiana.
Jay-Z On To The Next Album
After such a monstrous year like 2009, Jay-Z has a lot to look back on and be happy with.
With “Empire State Of Mind” becoming the New York anthem and scoring his 11th number one album, Jay has some momentum on him.
He has now become an international superstar.
It must be for that exact reason why the rapper is already in the process of creating his next album, although things are just in the beginning stages. Don’t sleep on Hov though with when he will drop it.
Speaking with MTV, the rapper stated that he already has one crazy record that he has been working on for his next project.
“To be honest with you, it’s crazy. I got one and we’ll build from there. Whether it comes out this year or next year, it depends on the music and how it’s coming out. I don’t really have any dates.”
As was the case with The Blueprint III, Jigga stated that his next project would be more experimental and even assured the fact that it would most likely not be a number one charter.
Well, Reasonable Doubt didn’t have that affect initially either, but look at it now.
Jay must have thought that the best way to close the mouths of people knocking his age is just to bring yet another album and let his numbers speak for him.
He shut down Auto-Tune last year, wonder what else will meet its death in Hip Hop.

Wacka Flocka, who previously stated in countless interviews that his chain was never taken, has some questioning the validity of the photo.

Freeway Speaks On Beans & Jay-Z
With the rehashed hostility that Beanie Sigel apparently still has for Jay-Z, many have come to speculate why no other member of the former Roc has stepped up to try and provide more clarity.
Peedi Crakk led his own anti-Jay campaign some time ago and Oschino was quick to take his shots at Jigga along with Sigel.
As a rapper that found himself essentially caught in the middle of a beef, Freeway has finally been able to add more of his input on the ongoing issues that Beans has with Hov.
During an interview with NYMag, Philly Freezer went in on why his fellow Philadelphia native is being relentless against Jay.
“Beans was on the Roc before me, he was the person that brought me there. Him and Jay had a deeper relationship than I did. Obviously there had to be some kind of buildup, ’cause I know Beans love Jay. I know he do. He got to. All the things they been through together.”
As the Broad Street Bully went on to say how business was type shady around the time Jay became president of Def Jam, Freeway had another take on things.
“I mean, I can’t complain about Jay at all. He gave me that first major co-sign. That first co-sign was enough for me. I don’t got nothing bad to say about him.”
No longer dealing with Def Jam, however, the rapper now feels in his comfort zone and actually has more of a grip on his career.
“I would just do and I didn’t even know the process of getting it done, everything even down to the interviews. [Rhymesayers], it’s definitely more intimate. Everything that goes on I know about. There’s no smoke and mirrors, nothing that’s over my head. It’s just a good feeling. Feel like I’m in control.”
Who’s to say exactly when the verbal assault with stop from Sigel, but one thing is for sure and that is the fact that Free won’t be the one to hold a grudge on the past and can only push forward.
Shyne Lands $1 Mil Deal With Def Jam
Being released from prison four months ago, Shyne’s return to rap was sidetracked when immigration took it upon itself to have him deported back to Belize.
Since then, Po has been fighting to obtain residency in the United States while being barred from areas such as the United Kingdom due to his criminal past.
These obstacles, however, have yet to throw him from his path as the rapper has signed a deal with Def Jam Records for $1 million.
According to Miss Info, the label was able to reign victorious over a bidding war. His last album, 2004′s Godfather Buried Alive, came out on Def Jam. The response to that album in comparison to his debut, however, would have left some to believe that the rapper had begun losing his step while incarcerated.
Now it seems that Drake and 50 Cent aren’t the only rappers out getting signed for a seven-figure deal.
The problem that exists now, however, is the process of promoting himself in the States if he is unable to return. Along with that, the verse recorded for DJ Khaled’s Victory wasn’t exactly the return most fans were looking for from the rapper.
Time will tell exactly how this deal truly works out for Shyne, but at least it’s official that the rapper has officially returned.

The first time your meet the person? No, The first date your going on with the person? Maybe.
Sex on the first date is never a good idea, for numerous reasons. Sure you can get caught up in the moment and one thing could lead to another. BUT! Its your job to exercise self control for both parties.
Ladies, men will take it there if you let em. Its almost as if its hardwired into their brains to try and bed as many females as they can (generally speaking of course, Its rare but some men think with the head on their shoulders rather than the one between their legs.) If you really like a man and want him to like you for you, do not take let it get there the first night. He’ll see you as a sex object rather than a person and will automatically think your “one of those” types of females, and we all know the double standards that exists with being a sexually liberated female. Now i know women have needs too (double standard or no double standard) but the first ‘date’ is crucial in a relationship. This is the discovery stage of the relationship, where you should be trying to mentally feeling each other out not physically. If you have a high sex drive and cant wait long i suggest ATLEAST the 3rd date (and yes i know thats still a very short time but its 2010 we all know how people move nowadays) If you can hold out longer even better, youd have a lower risk of realizing it was a stupid decision to sleep with that person, because you’d be more intune with them as a person the longer you wait. Now say you’ve known the person for a while but this is your first ‘date’ with them, although i still dont recommend sleeping with them its a lot better than sleeping with them if you just met. Plus youd know them on a different level (of a friend) than that of someone to be in a relationship with, so youd have a better insight to how they act outside of a relationship
Fellas, girls are onto your head games.(n if they werent before, they are now) So just be real. Dont lead her on to have her think you want a relationship just to have sex with her then turn around and diss her to everyone else. Thats just childish and immature, also it shows your not used to getting pussy if you have to ‘brag’ about it…like in basketball you always know whos used to winning and whose surprised they made the shot, think about it. A lady will treat you like a king if your real with her. Now if your on a first date with a female please dont rush, the ends does not justify the means. If you take the time to get to know her for her instead of for her pussy she’ll put you above everyone else, and itll show your actually a man. If a girl is throwing herself at you on the first date, DO NOT go there. That has bad news written alll over it. For one, you know your not the first shes doing this to. Secondly she will be a stage 5 clinger (if it isnt already evident from how desperate she is.) Any woman who has enough self control to wait, is a woman thats worth keeping. If you bed that girl thats practically begging for it, your no better than her, and just as dirty. Just because your a man doesnt mean its ok for you to sleep with whomever, have some standards, REAL women love that.

Ashanti Signs Reality TV Deal
Ashanti has teamed up with the producers of UGLY BETTY and THE OFFICE to create a new reality TV contest. The singer/actress has just signed a deal with the brains behind Reveille Productions to produce and host her own version of American Idol.
Details of the show are being kept tightly under wraps, but Ashanti’s manager mother Tina Douglas tells WENN, “It’s an unscripted television show that is definitely music related. We’ll be revealing more in the coming weeks.
“She has her own record label, called Written Entertainment, and the show is going to revolve around her label… It’s going to be really big.”
