WTF: Woman Arrested For Planning To Kill Michelle Obama!!!
A woman accused of telling the Secret Service she would “blow away” Michelle Obama is in federal custody as the Obama family planned to travel to Hawaii.
Kristy Lee Roshia, 35, was charged with threatening a family member of the president and assaulting a federal agent after being arrested on Saturday less than two miles from the Kailua home where the Obama family planned to stay during a holiday visit later this week.
Roshia called the Secret Service’s Boston office last month and told a receptionist, “I will kill Michelle Obama” and “I will kill Marines”, according to a Secret Service affidavit.
During the same call, she said she would “blow away” Michelle Obama, the document states.
A message left at the federal public defender’s office in Honolulu was not immediately returned.
Roshia has a history of leaving rambling messages and sending poems, love letters and photographs of herself to the Secret Service, according to the affidavit.
As early as 2004, she told the agency that “although her mission is to assassinate the president, she has no desire to hurt him”, the document states.
The affidavit said Roshia acknowledged to Secret Service agents before her arrest that she had threatened Michelle Obama.
It also says Roshia said she knew where Obama would be staying in Hawaii, and the reason she had travelled to Hawaii in September was “to protect Obama”.
Roshia was also charged with lunging at a Secret Service agent, striking him in the arms and face during her arrest.
She was being held without bail pending a Wednesday detention hearing.

Michael Jordan Sues Chicago Grocery Stores….
Michael Jordan wants $10 million from two grocery stores — bagged and carried out to his car — that he says used his identity without permission in ads published in a commemorative Sports Illustrated issue, “Jordan: A Hall of Fame Career.”
In the pair of lawsuits filed in Chicago court, Jordan says Dominick’s Finer Foods and Jewel Food Stores took their Hall of Fame congratulations a little too far.
According to the suit, the Dominick’s ad features MJ’s name with the phrase “You are a cut above” and a photo of a steak. (Witty!) Below the congratulations is an ad for $2 off a Rancher’s Reserve steak, a trademark of Dominick’s parent Safeway.
The mesquite-flavored kicker: There are already two steakhouses and an online steak company named after Jordan. As Matt Bortosik at NBA Chicago points out, there is absolutely no way Jordan would want to sell steaks in direct conflict with his restaurants and companies.
In the Jewel ad, a pair of Jordan’s Air Jordan basketball shoes with number 23 on the tongues sit below a message of support that ends with Jewel’s friendly “just around the corner” slogan. Apparently, the picture is an “inaccurate and misleading copy” of his famous Nike kicks.
Jordan seeks $5 million from each grocery store for false endorsement, consumer fraud, deceptive trade practices and unfair competition.
While it’d be easy to cynically joke about Michael Jordan, of all people, needing more money, it doesn’t mean he should allow himself to be advertised unknowingly. Congratulatory or not, Dominick’s and Jewel’s advertising departments appear to be at fault.
But hey, if either supermarket chain wants to run a full-page magazine to commemorate The Basketball Jones’ 500th episode, by all means, knock yourself out. Might I suggest a Canadian bacon angle?

6-Year-Old Accidentally Shoots & Kills 5-Year- Old
PATERSON — A 6-year-old accidentally shot and killed a 5-year-old relative while playing with a gun they found in a bedroom.
Daron Mayes was shot in the back of the head around 8:20 p.m. Sunday in his Paterson home.
The 6-year-old, who police declined to identify, was playing with Mayes when the pair found the gun, said Chief Assistant Passaic County Prosecutor John Latoracca. Authorities said the two were related but declined to specify.
“In situations where the child who is responsible — quote-unquote — is also that young, just understanding the trauma that that child is going through and is going to continue to go through, potentially for the rest of his or her life, it’s really a horrible, horrible thing,” Latoracca said.
Authorities were looking for a 23-year-old relative who lives in the home and owns the gun. Police believe the weapon might not be registered and may bring charges against the gun owner, Latoracca said.

Sean P, real name Sean Joseph, of the YoungBloodZ was arrested Monday night after attending a release party for his new mixtape. According to police, he was involved in an incident at Tongue and Groove club and was arrested for simple battery and disorderly conduct. The simple battery charges have since been dropped. His bail is currently set at $1,500.’

Jay-Z & Beyonce To Use Each Others Surnames
ContactMusic: Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z are to change their names.
The couple, who married in April 2008, are to take on both of their respective surnames in order to keep the ‘Crazy In Love’ star’s parental line from dying out.
Jay-Z – whose real name is Shawn Carter – will now be known as Shawn Knowles-Carter, while Beyonce is to become Beyonce Knowles-Carter.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper: “They want to keep Knowles because Beyonce’s parents didn’t have any sons and they’re keen to keep the name going strong, especially if they don’t produce any children themselves
