Two Miss Universe 2008 contestants were being talked about over a scandalous video that hit online last weekend. The said video tape features one guy and two girls doing explicit acts together. According to those who have seen the video, the girls look like two Miss Universe 2008 candidates. Miss Trinidad & Tobago Universe 2008 Anya Ayoung-Chee and Miss Japan Universe 2008 Hiroko Mima are the ones being referred to by the reports.

I have already heard of this news two days ago that a beauty queen from Trinidad & Tobago has a video scandal online, but I did not take it too seriously until I’ve learned a recent news that another beauty queen also stars with Miss T&T in the said video.

That’s more shocking, especially that the guy in the video is believed to be Wyatt Gallery (pictured below), a photographer and boyfriend of Miss T&T, who according to isyuseros around the world did modeling portfolios for the two beauty queens.

Both Miss T&T and Miss Japan competed in the Miss Universe 2008 pageant in Vietnam and maybe that’s where they got close with each other.

Miss Japan was among the Top 15 semi-finalists while Miss T&T failed to make the cut.

The sex video is scattered all over the net and it’s clear that the two girls in question are aware that their “deeds” were being filmed.

According to some reports, there are allegedly more than five existing scandalous videos of Miss T&T and her boyfriend, with Miss Japan appearing only in one video.

Jay-Z Cancels Remaining 2009 U.S. Tour Dates

Before finishing his 2009 U.S. tour, Jay-Z recently canceled the remaining shows on his schedule because of “unforeseen scheduling conflicts.”

According to MTV News, the remaining shows that have already been canceled include tonight’s show (November 17) in Lubbock, Texas; Thursday’s show (November 19) in Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Friday’s performance (November 20) in El Paso, Texas. The tour’s finale, originally set for November 22 in Austin, Texas, was moved prior to the cancellation of the tour and took place on November 10 to allow time for Jay’s appearance at the 2009 American Music Awards in Los Angeles.

Although many fans are disappointed with the unforeseen cancellation of Jigga’s remaining shows, he happily announced a 2010 tour for The Blueprint 3, set to kick off in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in February. Jay is scheduled to perform in 17 cities across the country and conclude his tour in Detroit on March 14.

Even though Jay won’t finish out his tour, he never leaves his fans completely disappointed. On Monday night he jumped on stage with Rihanna in London to help promote her upcoming album, Rated R.

In other Hova news, hip-hop media blog Gyant Unplugged reports that the God MC will be returning to Saturday Night Live on December 19. Jay will be performing his current single “Empire State of Mind” with Alicia Keys. It is also rumored that he will also do another comedy skit on the show. Hopefully, it’ll be up to par with his last sketch. —Amber Mckynzie

Cam’Ron On Dipset: “It’s Over… Get Over It”

In a recent interview with HoodFiles.com, Cam’ron laughed after being asked who the owner of Dipset was, before asserting that Dipset as we knew it is no more.

After brandishing a Dipset tattoo on his hand to visualize his allegiance to the brand, the Harlem MC continued: “The only thing that bothers me is when niggas be like, ‘Oh, so you could be down with Dipset, they gone put you back down? How can you put somebody back down with something that they are? Keep it a hundred, Dipset is Dipset but it’s over. Niggas gotta get over it.”

The statement completely contradicts reports from Diplomat A&R Duke Da God, who recently told XXLMag.com that there were plans for a new Dipset compilation set for an early 2010 release, while on the set of the Clipse and Cam’ron’s “Popular Demand” video.

As of now there is no further word on the status of the alleged album. Stay tuned…

Sarah Palin Is Not Feeling Her ‘NEWSWEEK’ Cover!

Picture 2

Sarah Palin took to her facebook page to comment about the new Newsweek magazine cover photo – which she calls unfortunate:

The choice of photo for the cover of this week’s Newsweek is unfortunate. When it comes to Sarah Palin, this “news” magazine has relished focusing on the irrelevant rather than the relevant. The Runner’s World magazine one-page profile for which this photo was taken was all about health and fitness – a subject to which I am devoted and which is critically important to this nation. The out-of-context Newsweek approach is sexist and oh-so-expected by now. If anyone can learn anything from it: it shows why you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, gender, or color of skin. The media will do anything to draw attention – even if out of context.

$500,000 Settlement In The Late DJ A&M Plane Crash

$500,000 Settlement In The Late DJ A&M Plane Crash
“The late co-pilot James Bland’s family will receive just over $500,000 from companies including Global Exec. Aviation and Inter Travel & Services. According to docs obtained by TMZ, Bland’s widow will get $406,250 and the daughter will receive $25,000 per year for three years.

The late Goldstein’s mother has reportedly continued a lawsuit previously filed by her son against Learjet which accuses the company of contributing to his death last summer.

Andrea Gross has amended his $20 million lawsuit against the plane manufacturer, the pilots’ estates and others by adding a wrongful death claim, Los Angeles court papers show. “The crash ultimately caused Adam Goldstein’s death at a later date,” the papers state. Friends and associates of the musician have widely blamed his trauma from the September 2008 plane crash as leading to his fatal relapse in August.

A $12 million lawsuit was filed in February 2009 by the owner and operator of the crashed plane against the airport, tire company and persons responsible for designing the jet.

In court papers filed in South Carolina, Inter Travel & Services (the owner) and Global Exec Aviation (the operator) have placed blame on the “defective” jet and the “defective” runway at Columbia Metro Airport claiming those were the two main reasons the jet plowed nose-first into a raised embankment.” – KeepitTrill.com

Original Creator of Matrix & Terminator Wins $2.5 Billion In Lawsuit

After a six year dispute, prolific writer and profound spiritualist, Sophia Stewart has received justice for copyright infringement and racketeering and will finally recover damages from the films, The Matrix I, II and III, as well as The Terminator and its sequels. Yes, you heard that correctly – the entire Matrix & Terminator franchises, and her suspected pay off is expected to be the highest in history – an estimated 2.5 billion.

Her case is a true landmark, and far too uncommon as countless creatives are exploited by the snake-like dealings of the movie industry. Here’s a recap of her triumphant journey by way of George2.0:

“Stewart filed her case in 1999, after viewing the Matrix, which she felt had been based on her manuscript, ‘The Third Eye,’ copyrighted in 1981. In the mid-eighties Stewart had submitted her manuscript to an ad placed by the Wachowski Brothers, requesting new sci-fi works.

According to court documentation, an FBI investigation discovered that more than thirty minutes had been edited from the original film, in an attempt to avoid penalties for copyright infringement. The investigation also stated that ‘credible witnesses employed at Warner Brothers came forward, claiming that the executives and lawyers had full knowledge that the work in question did not belong to the Wachowski Brothers.’ These witnesses claimed to have seen Stewart’s original work and that it had been ‘often used during preparation of the motion pictures.’ The defendants tried, on several occasions, to have Stewart’s case dismissed, without success.

Stewart has confronted skepticism on all sides, much of which comes from Matrix fans, who are strangely loyal to the Wachowski Brothers. One on-line forum, entitled Matrix Explained has an entire section devoted to Stewart. Some who have researched her history and writings are open to her story.”

Although it’s long overdue, and buried in large part by the media machine, Stewart has finally received official credit (and hopefully financial settlement by 2009) for her prodigious contributions to both Hollywood, and the world for her ground breaking sagas, both the Matrix & Terminator franchises. Let us hope that this landmark ruling provides a measure of hope for other ripped off screenwriters seeking justice even if only by way of public recognition.

To echo her 2004 victorious press release:

‘The Matrix & Terminator movie franchises have made world history and have ultimately changed the way people view movies and how Hollywood does business, yet the real truth about the creator and creation of these films continue to elude the masses because the hidden secret of the matter is that these films were created and written by a Black woman…a Black woman named Sophia Stewart. But Hollywood does not want you to know this fact simply because it would change history. Also it would encourage our Black children to realize a dream and that is…nothing is impossible for them to achieve!’

We’d like to believe that the justice she received was not in name only, and she is able to reap the benefits of her enormous creative contributions.

The 2Pac Sex Tape?

Back in the day, it was live ass XXX Treach and Tupac forreal.”

So maybe it wasn’t enough to continue to keep the legacy of rapper Tupac Amaru Shakur alive with post-death albums. Now there are rumors circulating that the late rapper has a sex tape floating around the Internet.
During his growing success as a rapper, Shakur was quite the ladies man and even professed his overbearing love for the opposite sex.

Although his sexual endeavors may not have been chronicled extensively by the mainstream, a song by the name of “I Get Around” was an indicator that Shakur enjoyed what happened whether the lights were on or off.

Naughty By Nature’s own Treach was able to give an account of a particular example of the good old days with him and Tupac.

I remember this one time we was in a hotel right, we was staying in the same room. He had this little honey in the room and I had the camcorder and I went up to the room. I was taping him tearing her ass up. Then the door creaked and the n*gga got up like, ‘N**ga, what the f*ck you doing, you got it? Treach you got it on tape? Don’t you ever be doing no sh*t like that’. We watched the tape the next day.

Two questions come up directly. Why is a man videotaping his homeboy getting it in and why are they watching it together the next day?

No homo may not have existed back then, but there’s definitely a flag on the play for that one.

Although no album happens to be on the way like tomorrow, Shakurspeare is the upcoming release slated for June 16, which happens to be his 39th birthday. The project will contain some of his first songs that were recorded back in the late 80′s.

There is also still word on another documentary in the works. Titled Tupac Assassination II: Reckoning, the original took a deep glimpse into the unsolved murder of the rapper, is rumored to drop in 2009 while the film Live 2 Tell, which he was written by Pac back in 1995, is still under debate with no news of a release date.

“Food For Thought: Conversations w/ 50 Cent”, Talks BISD & Beef With Hot 107.9, @ Floyd Mayweather’s Mansion & Before I Self Destruct The Movie [10mn Teaser]…..

50 Cent doesn’t make empty boasts. When the Queens rapper proclaimed, “I Run New York” on “I Get Money off his third LP, “Curtis,” he meant it wholeheartedly.

Still, the general consensus is that Jay-Z rules the big apple. But, to let 50 tell it, there’s only one king and he’s not from Marcy. During an upcoming episode of “Food for Thought: Conversations with 50 Cent,” the media assassin, Harry Allen simply asked, “Why is Jay-Z widely considered king of New York, and not you?”

“There’s not another artist in New York City that generates more interest than 50 Cent,” Fif told Allen. “If we go international, Jay-Z is Beyoncé’s husband. He became more popular and relevant based on the work that Matthew [Knowles] made Beyoncé do.”

In addition to Allen, the episode also features Hot 97 radio personality Angie Martinez and sports journalist Stephen A. Smith holding conversations with Fif on a wide range of topics, including his epic SoundScan showdown with Kanye West, what he learned in his relationship with Vivica A. Fox, his new CD, “Before I Self Destruct” and his income drop according to Forbes Magazine. Serving as interviewers, Allen, Martinez and Smith also held conversations with Jay-Z for the series’ premiere back in September.

In related news, 50 is set to co-host 106 & Park with Rocsi for a three-day run starting this Thursday (November 19). He’ll then return the following Monday (November 23) and Tuesday (November 24).

“Food for Thought: Conversations with 50 Cent” premieres Thursday November 19 at 7:30 PM on BET.
