Justin Timberlake Seeks Restraining Order

Cool_Justin_Timberlake_Wallpaper

TMZ has learned Justin Timberlake has filed a restraining order in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

We’re told Karen McNeil has come to his Los Angeles house on several occasions — including yesterday — by entering through the gate.

She always comes to the house in a cab. Yesterday, when she came to the house, she wouldn’t leave so his staff called the cops and she was arrested.

Story developing…

Man Charged w/ DWI After Crashing His Motorized La-Z-Boy Armchair

motorized-la-z-boy-recliner

A man from Duluth, Minnesota, has pled guilty to drunk driving (DWI) after crashing his motorized La-Z-Boy armchair into a parked car.

62 year old Dennis LeRoy Anderson told police at the scene of the accident that he left a bar in Proctor, Minnesota after drinking 8 or 9 beers. He was driving his motorized La-Z-Boy armchair

along the street towards his home when he crashed into a car parked on the side of the road.

Anderson was not seriously hurt in the August 2008 accident, but prosecutors say his blood alcohol content at the time was 0.29, which is more than three times the legal limit in Minnesota. On Monday he was sentenced to 180 days in jail and 2 years probation.

Anderson’s La-Z-Boy was heavily modified, powered by a converted lawn mower. The ‘vehicle’ was even equipped with headlights, a CD player, speakers and beer cup holders. Sweet ride.

Charlize Theron Will Kiss Random Girls For Money

58721785

Charlize Theron took part in a charity auction for OneXOne last night, and ended up kissing another girl who paid $140,000. OneXOne’s plan to get two girls to get it on for charity seems much better than my idea, which is to have two girls get it on in exchange for releasing them. Us magazine says…

…while she was initially selling a 2010 trip to South Africa that included World Cup tickets, a safari and a meet-and-greet with Nelson Mandela, she raised the stakes when bidding stalled at $37,000.
To sweeten the pot, she offered up a 7-second kiss for $130,000 to a male bidder. After one man bid $135,000, a woman upped the stakes to $140,000 — ascending the stage for a 20-second smooch as the audience counted down.

I wonder if this would work with the cops when I pick up prostitutes. “Yes, I paid her then cried I mean gave her the best sex of her life, but she was holding a charity auction, and I was the big winner!” In a very real sense, I would be a hero in that scenario, and a truly amazing man.

Top 8 Cities w/ The Ugliest Guys

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, of course, and it’s what’s on the inside that counts, right? We couldn’t agree more. Brains, muscles, teeth, fat and lungs — they’re all on the inside of the men in these cities. We studied everything from education stats and contraceptive and erotica sales (no sex generally equals less hot guys), to the number of gyms and the population’s health, exercise habits, obesity and smoking rates in every city in the U.S. to find out where the fugly dudes are. Find out if the men in your city are … not very pretty.

No. 8: Houston, Texas
Houstonians ranked no. 8 in worst teeth, and more than 15 percent of men 25 and up have less than a 9th grade education. This booming metropolis also has a problem with body odor, according to our research. About one-quarter of the population is considered sedentary, and Houston has a higher than average obesity rate. Is it something in the water?

No. 7: Philadelphia, Pa.
The City of Brotherly Love doesn’t love its brothers so much — “Travel + Leisure” magazine’s survey of tourists and locals for America’s Favorite Cities put it dead-last in the “Attractive People” category. Men’s Health ranked it no. 2 in worst teeth. The relatively high number of obese citizens doesn’t help matters either.

No. 6: Detroit, Mich.
“Rock City” definitely does not refer to the abs in this Midwestern city — Detroit has one of the highest obesity rates in the country. A low percentage of men with bachelor’s degrees and a low high school graduation rate put these guys high on the dull scale, too.

No. 5: Mobile, Ala. and Huntington, W.Va. (tie)
The men of Mobile and Huntington have it all — terrible teeth, according to this worst-teeth cities list, a high rate of unhealthy, inactive and obese men and a paltry number of gyms.

No. 4: Greensboro, N.C.
There’s not a whole lotta lovin’ going on in Greensboro, according to QualityHealth.com’s survey of sexually active cities. Bad teeth and a one of the highest rates of obesity in the country might have something to do with it.

No. 3: Miami, Fla.
You’re thinking, ‘Seriously? Miami?’ And we’re saying: yup. If for no other reason than a whopping 21 percent of men 25 and up didn’t make it past 9th grade, the highest rate in the cities we studied. Oh, and did we mention gnarly teeth? And believe it or not, more than 27 percent of Miamians don’t exercise regularly. Sure, they’re not the fattest or unhealthiest in the country, but given the year-round gorgeous weather and huge number of gyms, you’d think these guys would be a little less … lazy.

No. 2: Hagerstown, Md.
Less than 10 percent of the men in Hub City hold a bachelor’s degree. They’re not spending their spare time in gyms, either — nearly 30 percent don’t exercise regularly, 30 percent are obese, and an off-the-charts number of Hagerstownians smoke, compared to the rest of the country.

No. 1: El Paso, Texas
We’re not looking for Stephen Hawking level brain-age — just a good, solid education. But nearly 15 percent of the dudes in this Lone Star city have less than a 9th grade education. The city also suffers from a notably high rate of obesity, 32 percent are in below average health and 30 percent do not exercise regularly, which is probably why there are so few gyms in town. There is such a thing as too much Tex-Mex.

Kelly Rowland Is Back: New Label & New Album

kelly-rowland-breast-implants

Ms. Kelly Rowland is back at it again, after a very busy year from sustaining her hit song, “When Love Takes Over,” (feat. David Guetta), hosting BRAVO’s “The Fashion Show,” and touring over the U.K. (Whooh, where does she find all the time?) So Ms. Rowland is no stranger to hard work in this entertainment industry.

After recently parting ways with Columbia Records and her then manager Mathew Knowles, Kelly is now finalizing details of having a new home at EMI with other familiar artists such as Letoya Luckett, David Guetta, and Snoop Dogg to name a few. Well known songwriter Rico Love spoke about working on Kelly’s third solo studio album stating he has already penned three songs for the debut.

“I’m actually going to be doing the majority of her record,” reveals the songwriter behind Beyonce’s ‘Sweet Dreams’ and Mario’s ‘Thinkin’ About You.’ “I did three records for her album so far and she’s touring right now.”

She will finish wrapping up the album around the holiday season of Christmas. In meantime, you can find Ms. Rowland in 50 Cent’s new video “Baby by Me” as his love interest.

OJ Da Juiceman Responds to Being Boo’d Off the Stage in NYC

OJ Da Juiceman opened up about being booed off a New York City stage earlier this week and said he had never been forced to prematurely end a performance in the past. According to OJ, he did not perform at B.B. King Blues Club with intentions to display his lyricism.

“Yeah, it’s all good, I’m an artist and I’ma keep it going, I’m down like four flat tires,” OJ told radio personality Angela Yee. “That right there was a little stepping hurdle for me but eh, we’ll overcome the most….What I done been through by these people in the past few days…nah, if you actually look at all my shows on YouTube, I never actually had a boo like never…I love New York…If you ain’t one hundred, then f*ck you cuz…Actually, I went up there with good intentions, [the vibe] was off after the first two records…Everybody is entitled to they own swag. I guess there wasn’t no swag in the club, it was because of the fact Raekwon was there…Big up to the bloggers, they keep a n*gga motivated…I never came in the game saying I was the best lyricist. I came in the game with traptivity…If you know about traptivity, it’s really not based on vocabulary. It’s based on life experiences on coming up in the street and dealing with drug-related activities to pay your bills.”

OJ Da Juiceman — a protege of the Atlanta rap star Gucci Mane — was getting booed at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in Midtown Manhattan. It didn’t take much to elicit the response: OJ’s set lasted three songs, not even ten minutes. Somewhere down south, he probably would have been paid several thousand dollars for the exact same performance.

Hip-Hop personality Miss Info reportedly vouched for OJ and asked the crowd to resist their taunts.

“What happened to mutual respect?” asked HOT97′s Miss Info from the stage, as she attempted to quiet the emphatic chorus of boos that had just chased OJ from the stage. “F*ck that,” yelled some dude. “Wu-Tang!” Raekwon hit the stage sometime around 2 a.m., only to commence a set more psychodrama than rap show.
